Stock
All our products are usually available from stock. On the rare occasion your product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative product or solution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders over £35, otherwise shipping is £9.95 for anywhere in UK.
Online payment
If you place an order online before 12:00, it will be shipped the same working day. You can expect the goods within 3 – 4 working days.
On account
Your order will need to be approved by envelopeshop.com, an approved order will be shipped same day if placed before 12:00. Should your order be unsuccessful we will contact your immediately to arrange an alternate payment method,
If you place an order on account before 12:00, it will be shipped the same working day. You can expect the goods to be delivered within 3 – 4 working days.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched via DHL. There should be someone who is present at the delivery address as a signature will be required.
Individual
Please pay online using the secure website using a credit card.
Exchange
The delivered goods can be exchanged when agreed with customer services. You will be required to return the goods at your own expense. When we receive the goods undamaged we will credit 90% of the goods value.
